Scipi Companies has been named one of Minnesota’s Top 200 Workplaces by the Minnesota Star Tribune, marking the third consecutive year the employee-owned organization has earned the recognition and the third year it has participated in the program.
The Minnesota Top Workplaces award is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered by Energage, an independent employee engagement technology and research company. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including employee engagement, organizational health, leadership, connection, and satisfaction.

More than 10,500 Minnesota organizations were invited to participate in the 2026 Top Workplaces survey. To qualify, organizations must employ at least 50 people in Minnesota. Rankings are determined solely by employee survey responses.
